Safety is SPARK's most powerful marketing wedge in Bangkok. The positioning: "The safest way to meet people in Bangkok." This is not a compliance checkbox — it is a competitive advantage. Thai women are more cautious about meeting strangers than Western users. A visible, credible safety framework is the single most effective female acquisition tool.

SAFETY = FEMALE ACQUISITION: Every safety measure is also a marketing message. SPARK is the platform where women feel in control, verified, and protected. Trust drives female acquisition. Female acquisition drives marketplace liquidity.

Safety as Marketing — Operational Tactics

Female-First UX Women control all first messages. Highlight this in onboarding and influencer briefs. It is a product differentiator.
Safety-First Event Design Female-only check-in, separate arrival time for women, female host present. Communicate this in all event marketing.
Monthly Safety Report Publish anonymised moderation stats. Builds trust with female users and media. Signals accountability.
