ACTIVATION GATE: Venue contracts are signed only after PMF is confirmed on 31 May 2026. Venue scouting visits and relationship-building may begin in April/May, but no financial commitments before the gate.

VENUE SELECTION RULE: Prioritise venues with a natural 50/50 or female-skewed gender ratio. Avoid venues known as male-heavy (sports bars, beer halls). The venue sets the tone for the event.

LAUNCH GATE RULE: Do not launch in a new city until this checklist is 100% complete. Premature launches without female supply, venue pipeline, or influencer coverage create ghost-town dynamics that are very difficult to recover from.
