Use this checklist before launching SPARK in any new city. All items must be completed before the app goes live.

LAUNCH GATE RULE: Do not launch in a new city until this checklist is 100% complete. Premature launches without female supply, venue pipeline, or influencer coverage create ghost-town dynamics that are very difficult to recover from.

Market Research

  • Target demographic size and income level confirmed
  • Expat population size and community channels identified
  • Competitor landscape mapped (local and global)
  • Neighbourhood density analysis completed
  • Language and cultural considerations documented

Female Supply Channels

  • Minimum 3 female influencer partnerships confirmed
  • Women's networking groups identified and contacted
  • Yoga / pilates / fitness studio partnerships arranged
  • Female ambassador pipeline of 5+ people ready
  • Female-first waitlist mechanics activated

Venue Pipeline

  • Primary launch venue contracted (e.g. APT 101 equivalent)
  • 2 backup venues identified and quoted
  • Venue gender ratio suitability confirmed
  • Event production costs estimated and budgeted
  • Venue exclusivity or preferred partner agreement in place

Influencer List

  • 10–15 nano influencers identified (5K–20K followers)
  • All creators meet selection criteria (≥60% local, ≥4% ER, ≥55% female audience)
  • Media kits or Instagram Insights screenshots collected
  • Outreach messages drafted and sent
  • 3–5 creators confirmed for launch week content

Ambassador Pipeline

  • 10–15 ambassador candidates identified
  • Candidates meet profile: social connector, 200+ relevant contacts, trusted in community
  • Initial conversations held with top 5 candidates
  • Ambassador brief and incentive structure prepared
  • Soft launch event planned for ambassador activation

Tech & Operations

  • App store listing live and optimised
  • Onboarding flow tested end-to-end
  • Waitlist and early access mechanics working
  • LINE OA and WhatsApp broadcast lists set up
  • Analytics and cohort tracking configured
  • Safety and moderation protocols in place
